Wyatt should start with Grammar Space book 1 (regular series), and 4000 Words Book 4 (he already has this book; he stopped in Unit 8). I think it's also important that he does a class type that gives him a lot of speaking time. His speaking skill seems to be lagging behind his knowledge of English. Given his interest in science, Newsela with science articles might be a good way for a teacher to practice speaking with him?but the teacher needs to make sure they prompt him to speak a lot, by asking him questions about the reading and about his thoughts on the reading.
